Our Policies

There may be an Extra Pet Fee imposed for more than one dog.

All keys are kept secure at our home. If you would like your key returned, you will pay $10.00 for each key pick-up/return for all future services.

Payment is due at time of SERVICES – cash, checks and credit cards are accepted.

Major Holidays including New Years Eve, New Years Day, Easter, Memorial Day, 4th of July, Labor Day, Thanksgiving, Christmas Eve and Christmas Day are an additional $25 per day. We suggest booking early to reserve our services.

Special needs pets may require additional fees.

If you require service with less than 24 hours notice, there may be an additional charge.   We do our best to accommodate all last minute requests and cancellations.  We are very flexible.

If you fail to notify us of a cancelled visit and we arrive at your home, you will be charged for the scheduled visit.

There will be a $5.00 late payment fee charged for any payments not received within 7 days and will accrue at an additional $5.00 per week until the balance is paid in full.

All fees are subject to change without notice. All fees will be established at the initial meet and greet and before signing of the Service Agreement.

Pet owners are invited to call any time to get updates on their pets!  We also leave daily notes and send texts & pictures when you are away on vacation!
